Aum Nicol

My name is Aum (pronounced ohm). Three years ago, I had breast cancer. The recovery wasn't smooth as I wanted even though I have a positive attitude and joyous nature! The fatigue and pain that lingers is diagnosed as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. The past blogs have me challenging myself to stay upbeat, expressing my pain and sharing what I've learned in the event someone else is travelling a similar path. Now, I must continue with simply my journey.
